From the very beginning of our spice business, we were frustrated by the lack of reliable Québec or even Canadian suppliers. None could offer a selection of 100% natural, high-quality herbs and spices at fair prices—a combination essential for maintaining the profit margins needed to stay competitive in our market.

As demand for non-irradiated, natural spices continues to grow, sourcing stable and dependable suppliers became increasingly challenging. And yet, for our business operations—and for our customers who order from us again and again—consistency in raw ingredient supply is critical.
