Since this blend is made from pure spices and contains no artificial ingredients, the powder doesn’t fully dissolve. To get the most benefits and avoid sediment at the bottom of your cup, we recommend stirring before each sip. Keep a small spoon in your cup, or enjoy it in a sealed container you can shake before drinking.
TO START: Begin with 1 tsp (3g) to get familiar with the taste and increase as desired. Adding a sweetener of your choice (maple syrup, honey, or other) is recommended but not required.
What is golden milk?
It’s a comforting, slightly spicy and warming drink (mainly due to the ginger), part of the trendy latte family. It’s traditionally prepared with warm milk (dairy, plant-based, or nut milk).
As this blend is made entirely of spices and not artificial ingredients, the powder won’t fully dissolve. To enjoy it at its best and avoid sediment, stir before sipping. You can keep a spoon in your cup or use a sealed container and shake it before each use.
TO START: Begin with 1 tsp to get used to the flavor and increase as needed. Adding a sweetener of your choice (maple syrup, honey, or others) is suggested, though not essential.
Origins
Golden milk originates from Ayurvedic philosophy — the traditional Indian system of medicine practiced for over 3,000 years. Roughly 80% of people living in rural India still rely entirely on Ayurveda to treat ailments. Consuming turmeric is a major pillar due to its beneficial compound, curcumin.
It’s credited with numerous health benefits: antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic… Long before golden milk appeared on trendy coffee shop menus, it was already a staple in the lives of many people of Indian descent in the West.
Some refer to it as a TURMERIC LATTE, as it can be prepared with your favorite milk (hot or cold), over ice, or even with water. Black pepper significantly boosts turmeric absorption. The SAVCORP GOLDEN MILK blend is loaded with nutrients.
DELICIOUSLY FLAVORFUL & NUTRIENT-DENSE
It has a comforting aroma and a deliciously creamy flavor. You can also add it to smoothies, coffee, tea, and other recipes.
BENEFITS:
TURMERIC: Curcumin is the key active ingredient in turmeric, known for its powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.*
ASHWAGANDHA: Also called Indian ginseng, this root is known to support the immune system, reduce inflammation, aid concentration, relieve stress effects, promote restful sleep, and help reduce anxiety and depression. It’s widely used for vitality and energy restoration.*
GINGER: Ginger may help soothe upset stomachs, relieve nausea and motion sickness, and ease menstrual cramps and joint pain. It also shows strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.*
CINNAMON: Cinnamon has been used both medicinally and in cooking for centuries. It is believed to support the respiratory, nervous, circulatory, urinary, and reproductive systems. It’s also valued for digestive support.*
CARDAMOM: Cardamom is an herb often used as a spice in cooking. It contains compounds that may fight bacteria, reduce swelling, and support immune function. It’s used for conditions like diabetes, high cholesterol, and fatty liver, although scientific evidence is limited.*
BLACK PEPPER: Beyond its culinary use, black pepper (piperine) has antifungal and antimicrobial properties. It’s known to boost the potency of other spices — for example, increasing turmeric’s bioavailability by up to 2,000%. It may also help stimulate fat metabolism and is a good source of manganese, vitamin K, copper, iron, chromium, and calcium.*
